After cracking out my old dogs of war army a few days ago it made me really want to be able to field them again. Im going to stick as close to the rules from the 2002 annual as I can [with it being the most recent version of the rules].

- The Paymaster is treated exactly like a battle standard bearer. In addition, if the Paymasteris killed, every unit in the army must take a panic test at the end of that phase. From that point on, every unit in the army will hate the unit that captured the Paymasters keys.

Looks pretty good. One thing I would add would be 'may take up to 50 points of magic items from the main rule book' for heroes and 'may take up to 100 points of magic items... etc' for lords.

I notice none of your units have a move value... did you forget to add that in? :P
