I love them, I know they'll end up being for Warriors of Chaos, but I wish I could take them for Deamons!
It makes sense that the Nurglite response would be the most prominent from the North. Surely the one with the most to lose from the lord og undeath would be the lord of death and rebirth.
The Putrid Blightknights look like an interesting option for a heavily Nurgle Chaos Space Marine force.
The 2+ save could basically be how hard it is to find an actual weakpoint amongst all the flesh and armour, whilst the 5++ represets that weakpoint simply beinga soft batch of flesh or non-vital area of the body.
