Good luck to everyone who is planning on entering. :D
If you feel the rules are too restrictive, do please write a reply to point it out.
Hmm, Student Nationals deadline has failed to motivate me to paint so far, so hopefully this will...
Are Harlequins allowed by the way? I know they classify as elites, but they're quite the opposite of 'heavy' ;)
There is always one, isn't there :P
I think it would be fair to say most Eldar units would not be Heavy Infantry. Maybe Dark Reapers and Warp Spiders. I am of course only referring to the Craftworld Eldar ;)
Wraithguard and Wraithblades would also count. Last year's contest had the condition that the unit needed a 3+ armour save or better and I think that's not a bad general guide too.
I'm going to avoid entering the warp spiders I recently finished into this comp and try and finish a small squad of some serious heavy infantry instead.
Sent you a PM instead of posting it here.
Still plenty o' time to enter this contest ;)
If we're not going by last year's rule regarding 3+ armour saves, I'm guessing that Stormtroopers (whoops sorry, I mean Tempestus Scions ::)) would be admissible? If so, I'll see about hopefully getting a squad of em painted up before the deadline.
Go fo it :)
