First list of 6th - 1850 Vanilla marines with tau allies

I don't have all of the pieces together yet in terms of how rules are going to work, but I figured I would at least try out making a list. C&C would be great, note this is not designed to be super competitive, just something I can bring to friendly games at the LGS and have a good time, but still moderately strong.
